The quickest path to owning your own Roost

1. Love at first sight

Request a showing, walk through, and envision yourself in the home.

2. Stake your claim

Make an offer, mark your territory by way of a deposit, and get that house under contract!

3. It’s the final countdown

Now, you simply wait for construction to finish and/or for the bank to do its thing. Towards the end of this phase, you will walk through your home with us for an orientation and warranty overview.

4. Make sure to stretch

It’s time to move in! Sign the papers, grab your keys, and get ready to lift some boxes.
