Roost draws from extensive knowledge of custom building to inform and guide you through every facet of the build. The folks at Roost have handled lot preparation, permits, budgeting, selections, scheduling, and vendor management countless times, so they are adept at navigating any obstacles and ensuring construction runs smoothly.

Build your custom Roost from the ground up

1. Land of opportunity

Whether you have a lot, need a lot, or use one of ours, Roost will help you find and prepare the perfect piece of land for your home.

2. Sounds like a plan

Roost has dozens of home plans to choose from and you can utilize one of our architect partners to modify an existing plan or even start from square one. With a set of engineered house plans, the home will be meticulously priced and submitted for permits. Construction begins once permits are in-hand and materials are ready.

3. An abode that is anything but humble

Now for the fun stuff! Attend a selections meeting where you’ll get to put all of your internet window shopping to good use as you choose the beautiful finishes and materials that will make your home into what you’ve always dreamed. Roost will offer suggestions and guidance as much or as little as preferred during the selections process.

4. And we’re off!

It’s time to start building! You’ll have decor shopping and packing to help you bide the time while your home takes shape before your eyes. Towards the end, you’ll have an orientation with the builder at the home, a couple more weeks of final touches, and then it’s all yours!
