1. Plan of attack

Roost will help you select and work with an architect who will translate your vision from thought to an engineered plan. Be sure to take a few “before” pictures!

2. Getting gussied up

Head to your selections meeting where you’ll choose all the lovely items necessary to revitalize or expand your home alongside Roost’s resident expert in accommodation aesthetics.

3. Smash it!

It’s time to get rid of anything standing in the way of the new design. This is the perfect time to note any items you’d like to incorporate into the new iteration of the home.

4. Out with the old and in with the new

Brick by brick and board by board, a transformation is occurring. Your beloved home is growing, modernizing, and becoming its best self. Once construction is completed, you’ll be met on-site to behold your home in all its newfound glory and attend your orientation.
