MOM & POP VIBES – BIG COMPANY CAPABILITY

Building Custom Homes Across Southwest Virginia

Roost calls the Roanoke Valley home. We love the small-town vibe mixed with unique city shops and restaurants.

We like to bring that funky, eclectic spirit to our home builds too — but don’t mistake the small company vibes for small capability. As a home builder serving Southwest Virginia, we love to build custom homes that suit your individual tastes from the ground up.

As locals, we have a stake in how our work turns out, and we love nothing more than traveling around our beautiful valley and seeing the homes we built with happy families living in them.

Unique Home Build Serving Southwest Virginia

So what makes Roost Building Company different? Beyond our approach, we bring our skills, experience, and values to every custom home.

  • The company owners are behind every project. You don’t have to worry about talking to a different contractor every day of the job.
  • We’re not trying to make a quick buck and use only the best construction materials.
  • Outside the box — you won’t mistake our custom homes for “little boxes.”
  • We’re licensed and insured.
  • We’re local!
  • We are going to treat your home like it’s our own. We’ll never forget you’re our neighbors.

“Brandon & Rebecca helped us create a beautiful and well-built home! They were incredibly involved with the process — they did the hard work for us while we only had to worry about the fun stuff like selections! They allowed us to be as involved as we wanted to be.”
